Overview

Dragon Media Manager ("the App"), developed by James Maine, is a media server management application that allows you to interact with your self-hosted Radarr, Sonarr, and SabNZB servers. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains how the App handles your information.

Information Collection and Use

Data Stored Locally on Your Device:

• Server URLs and API keys for Radarr, Sonarr, and SabNZB
• TMDB API access token
• App preferences and settings

Data You Control:

• All server credentials are entered by you and stored only on your device
• You can export your settings to a backup file, which remains under your control
• You can delete all stored data by uninstalling the App

Third-Party Services

The App connects to the following services:

Your Self-Hosted Servers:

• Radarr, Sonarr, and SabNZB servers that you configure
• These connections are made directly from your device to your servers
• We have no access to your servers or their data

The Movie Database (TMDB):

• Used to display trending movies and TV shows
• Subject to TMDB's Privacy Policy
• No personal data is shared with TMDB

Local Network Access

The App requires local network access to communicate with media servers running on your home network. This permission is used solely to connect to servers you explicitly configure.

Data Security

• All credentials are stored locally on your device
• We recommend using HTTPS connections to your servers when possible
• Backup files contain your server credentials in readable format; store them securely

Data Collection by Us

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
