About this policy
This policy covers Dragon Media Manager, developed by James Maine, and these app-specific websites. The app connects to services you configure; it does not provide a hosted media server.
Your app data
Your server configuration, preferences, and credentials are used to connect to the services you choose. The developer does not operate a central Dragon Media Manager server that collects your media library or server credentials.
Requests to Radarr, Sonarr, SABnzbd, and Unraid go to the configured services. Those services and their administrators control their own processing and logs.
Optional iCloud & backups
If you enable iCloud settings sync, configuration data is stored in your private iCloud/CloudKit database. Current app versions use an encrypted payload for synced settings and credentials. Apple processes iCloud data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Backup exports can contain sensitive configuration. Credentials are encrypted when included. Keep exported files secure and share them only with people you trust. Turning off sync stops future app sync; use Apple’s storage controls to manage existing iCloud data.
Services you choose
Discovery features use TMDB for information and artwork. Opening a trailer or an external link may take you to another provider. Your network address and requests may be visible to providers you contact. Their privacy policies apply to their services.
Apple also processes App Store purchases and platform services. Dragon Media Manager does not receive your payment card details from Apple.
Website & support messages
These websites are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process connection information, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect them. No advertising or analytics scripts are included in this website design.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for bots and limits repeated submissions. Cloudflare processes verification and connection information, including your IP address, to protect the form. After verification, Cloudflare delivers your name, email address, and message to the developer’s support inbox. This information is used to respond to your request. Do not include credentials or sensitive configuration. Cloudflare and the email provider process this information under their own policies.
Your choices
You control which services you connect, the credentials you provide, optional iCloud sync, and exported backups. Remove configurations you no longer use and revoke credentials at the relevant service when necessary.
